Our location
Villány is the southernmost wine region in Hungary. Its climate, topography and soil have been producing excellent wines for centuries.
Villány wine region
Our winery is located in the south of Hungary and belongs to the wine region Villány, which is known for its red wines and has certainly not without reason the nickname “Bordeaux of the East”.
In total, there are 2,200 hectares under vine, which consists mostly of limestone with clayey loess as a breeding ground. From one of our vineyards, we look down on the beautiful village of Palkonya, located at the northern end of the Villány range.
With its many small wine houses, Palkonya was awarded the title of “European Cultural Village” in 2007. A great panorama, here wine work is a pleasure!
