This wine was vinified in an original Georgian amphora. The destemmed grapes fermented on the skins for 14 weeks and were then lightly pressed. Before bottling, the wine remained in the amphora for another 5 months. The wine is unfiltered and untreated. Taste: The bright yellow in the glass exudes aromas of juicy pear, green apple and herbal notes, as well as a slight almond aroma. The tannic acid structure is perfectly integrated.

Dieser Wein wurde in einer original georgischen Amphore ausgebaut. Die entrappten Trauben vergärten 14 Wochen auf der Maische und wurden anschließend leicht abgepresst. Bevor der Wein abgefüllt wurde, verblieb er weitere 5 Monate in der Amphore. Der Wein ist unfiltriert und unbehandelt. Geschmack: Das leuchtende Gelb im Glas verströmt Aromen nach saftiger Birne, grünem Apfel und Kräuternoten sowie ein leichtes Mandelaroma. Die Tannin-Säure-Struktur ist perfekt eingebunden.
HU:
Ezt a bort egy eredeti grúz amforában készítettük. A bogyózott szőlő 14 héten keresztül héjon erjedt, majd finoman préseltük. Palackozás előtt még 5 hónapig az amforában maradt. A bor szűretlen és nem használtunk hozzá a hagyományos borkészítésnél alkalmazott derítő és kezelő anyagokat. Íz: A pohárban lévő élénksárga színből lédús körte, zöld alma és gyógynövényes jegyek, valamint enyhe mandulaaroma árad. A savszerkezet tökéletesen integrálódik.
