Mineral and floral notes, rose and rosehip on the palate, complemented by fruits such as strawberries and apricot. Very drinky and refreshing. It is natural, unfiltered and has not been degorged. White wines

Olaszrizling 2018 / 2019 / 2020

Welschriesling, in Hungarian Olaszrizling, is a late ripening white wine variety that has nothing at all in common with Riesling, if we disregard the pronounced acidity. On the palate, this wine with apple and gooseberry aromas is animating and refreshing. It thrives very well in our clay/loess soil, sprouts late and also ripens very late. This wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel and in wooden barrels.

Taste: restrained fruity, nutty.

Olaszrizling Amphora 2020

This wine was vinified in an original Georgian amphora. The destemmed grapes fermented on the skins for 14 weeks and were then lightly pressed. Before bottling, the wine remained in the amphora for another 5 months. The wine is unfiltered and untreated.

Taste: The bright yellow in the glass exudes aromas of juicy pear, green apple and herbal notes, as well as a slight almond aroma. The tannic acid structure is perfectly integrated.

Rosé wines

Rosé 2020

Our 2020 Rosé is made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. We have opted for an early partial harvest in 2020. The result is a very fruity, crisp, complex wine in deep pinko color.

Taste: The palate is fresh, mineral and juicy with notes of strawberries and raspberries due to the medium-bodied acidity. Good persistent finish. An elegant food companion or as a refreshing terrace wine.

Red wines

Pinot Noir 2014

Aged for 24 months in used barrique. A powerful Pinot Noir, but very approachable with complex pepper and tobacco notes and chocolate and raspberry aromas.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Aged for 24 months in used barrique. The nose has notes of dark chocolate, citrus and coffee, as well as spicy components of licorice and tobacco.Taste: The fruit aromas are reminiscent of dark forest fruits, black currants and blueberries with notes of delicate pepper and paprika. Round with a good structure of fruity tannins.

Kékfrankos 2017

Our Blaufränkisch – or Blue Franc – has a color intense and deep ruby red color. The nose is reminiscent of wild berries, blackberries, sour cherry, but also spicy herbal aromas. The pronounced fruit flatters the palate, does not let up and gives an endless finish. This grape variety has a very high aging potential.

Merlot 2018

An expressive Merlot with notes of currant and cherry mixed with dark chocolate. Fresh and soft on the palate with mint aromas. It is still young but already very present with pleasant acidity.

Portugieser 2018

The Blauer Portugieser grape is one of the warm grape varieties. From this variety we pressed a purple-ruby red wine in 2018, which is characterized by a fresh acidity and light body on the palate. the wine is pleasantly drinkable, full-bodied and also a pleasure slightly chilled in summer.

Taste: little tannin, blackberry, cherry as well as slightly herbal with a hint of cinnamon.

Kékfrankos Amphora 2020

This wine was vinified in an amphora imported from Georgia. The grapes were left destemmed on the skins for 16 weeks and, after careful pressing, remained in the amphora for another 6 months. The wine is unfiltered and untreated.

Taste: On the palate you can taste wild blackcurrant and sour cherry, citrus aromas characterize the finish. You can feel the terroir connection, plus a very stable tannic structure with complex acidity and pleasant freshness. A wonderful food companion.
